Since I lost another fish in the smaller cichlid tank I decided to go ahead and move the other 2 (pink con and raphael) into the 55. I moved my 5 baby angels out of the temporary 2 gal into the 30. We picked up 3 more angels, 2 more double-black lace and a koi one and added them all to the 30 together. And also got 2 baby panda cories and put one in the 30 with the angels and the other in the 2 gal and moved the beta and 2 guppies in with it.

We covered over the existing gravel in the 30 with a solid green and when we were at Petsmart getting the gravel we saw this gorgeous 3" JD, definately male, very nice dark coloring with lots of blue flecking, cool looking green lips and a tip of red along the top edge of his top fin. My husband fell in love and we brought him home and put him in the 55 with the rest. This means we *really* have to get another tank up. But the JD was just too beautiful to pass up!! :p B) :drink:

Good deal, the JD and con with the raphael in that 55 is perfect. I wouldn't add any other fish except maybe some dithers if you see aggression. My 55 has a JD and GT with some clown loaches and giant danios as dithers. Makes for a great tank.

Well, if you read my reply in my other post about the fish I lost, you'll know that I have a few more fish in there than that, but I'm planning on getting at the very least a 75g (or hopefully a 125) before the years end if they can hold out that long and no one grows at an astronomical rate. If it gets too crazy before then, I guess I could take some back to the LFS, I know the guy there would be able to find a good home for them, but I'll only do that as a last resort. :*)
