acuatic flea..or something

Anywho......So,I have noticed than from time to time there are these bugs that live in my fishtank water surface.They are kinda orange,redish and they are very tiny.At first I thought they were just some sort of dirt,until I saw a few of them jump like fleas.Not that they bother me or anything but,I would like to know if anybody elses tank has been infested with these little bugs and how to get rid of them.If you have the scientific name or pics ,the sweeter.

This may sound crazy but they sound like Daphnia to me http/fins.actwin.com/live-foods/month.99...8/msg00000.html

But it also may be bacteria or parasites...

Are your fish showing any signs of stress?
