Acrylic solvent glue

ok so I've been researching making an acrylic tank out of some (well A TON) of free acrylic I got but it's all in sheets to small (no bigger then 3' x 10' to mold and bend it so I was thinking of bonding pieces together and have heard to use solvent glue but I'm not sure what brands are safe so I was looking for people with some experience and names of glues used and where they came from thanks a bunch

I think any solvent cement is safe. You'll probably have to ask for it in a hardware store as it is used by kids for sniffing.

I just use wickes on all my hard plumbing and it's worked out fine.

I just wish I could source some clear acrylic to make a tank or two out of

awesome thanks a lot I'll be getting some soon then and then on to trying my hand at making a tank . I have about 6-7 sheets of 2.5' x 7' x .25" clear plexi so we'll see how it goes.
