Acrylic of Glass???

Me too, I think glass just looks better as well as it being less scratchy.

Smaller tanks I like glass, but or very large tanks the glass ends up so thick that it actually starts to warp the view, and this is wear Acrylic really shines.

I put anything that can house fish, but glass is definitely better in the smaller tanks - better price too!

I have acrylic and glass, but the latter is far better. Doesn't scratch as well as the other, and I don't care about fancy shapes.

Monster tanks he is talking about.

Acrylic has an advantage of being lighter and easy to drill (very importiant for large tanks).

Anything 120 or less = glass for me.

Anything over 4 feet long is what I'm referring to. You get used to glass, my 5 foot tank is glass, but put it beside acrylic and it's a world of difference.

Its official glass is the top dog...Its CLEAR to see glass won..pun intended...also it was a factor that we have alot of people in this forum with smaller tanks.
