Acanthocobitis Rubidipinnis ?

I bought this loach a few months ago and I never saw it for ages, suddenly he has chased all my other loaches into the plants and has taken over the ground floor, lovely colouring but quite aggressive at feeding times, can you ID he, think he is Acanthocobitis rubidipinnis but need confirmation cause that is not what he was being sold as -
