I split up with my ex and she stayed in the house with my kids, i have gone to pick up the fishtanks and she has poored bleach into the lot. 4 zebra plecs were amoung the dead, aswell as fish that i have had for years.

I reported it to the rspca and there's nothing they will do about it. Does anyone known of a different organisation this can be reported to?

It would be of great help,

Best,

Mark.

oh thats terrrible, she should be ashamed, i dont think there is anything you can do, but theres easily £300 of fish there

does she have a pride and joy?

Zebra plecs were £120 each.... and they reached around 11cm

Aw what she did was crap, but babe there are kids involved so however hard it is just rise above it as things could get a lot worse. Stay strong xx

the RSPCA are the people or it could be criminal damage through the police however I deal with the police evrryday and the RSPCA on a regular basis and I doubt they will get involved in what they would class as a "domestic!.

sorry to hear that.I split up with mrs this yr for a bit and the tanks were left with her and the kids. Luckily she didn;t do that. That is well out of order

So sorry for your losses.

How could she do such a thing?

Hi MarkByrom :)

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. :-(

That was a truly vile thing for her to do. It might be a good idea to take pictures and give them to your lawyer. :grr:

Mate as annoyed as you are, as i know i would be.......I think maybe you should just forget about this horrible act...
Seriously try not to act as i could be dire towards any future cases to do with acsess to the kids....Just rise above it and look at ways to be sivil for the sake of your children :good:

i'm with inchworm.
there is no need to do that to the fish, pure evil!! get legal!!
