About canister Filter

Hi all,

Whats the differences between a china brand and a EHIM canister filter ?

Cost:
China brand(Astro) - Singapore S$100+ (Around 61USD)
EHEIM(professor II) - Singapore S$294 (Around 180USD)

although china stuff isnt common in the west(i am staying in singapore), i hope there is still someone answer my question, because 180 USD is really too much for me. Should i use internal filter rather than those china brand canister ?

I just got an Eheim Pro II 2026 and it's working good so far.

All of my externals are Eheim's. I've tried other makes, they simply don't compare.
