Hmmm I'd bet that she spawned with the albino, looking at those pics.

I would agree there as well, the peppered maybe have just been watching :D

but from looking at their shape I would say they were albino peppered cories.

but good luck with them

exactly what it says on the tin...

its an albino strain of the peppered Cories

you commonly get the following in albino form:

- Bronze << Most common
- Peppered
- Sterbai << easy to id still has orange on the pectoral fins

So your saying the albino cories are peppered albino cories? Ach well you learn something new everyday.
Goodluck with the eggs/fry PC1963. :D

LOL :D

NO... the white ones, are the albino peppered Cories

the normal one is a peppered cory...

have a look at THIS link for what an albino is

I know what an albino is, and I edited my post before you posted, sorry.

Those are some great pictures, PC1963  Thanks for sharing them with us.

Did you have any problem with them eating their eggs?

Hi everyone and thank you for interesting.

Acually the female was mate with both Albino, and Peppered Cory.

Hi Inchworm, The eggs still around the plants and bottom of the tank in the morning, I did removed the parent out. See most of the eggs turn milky [assuming is good] and did adding some inti fungus to prevening damage the an eggs.

how did you get such clear images??

my photos always turn out bad :(

Hi Studz

I using point and shoot Sony digital camera and Micro option/ sometime using with AF Illuminator on [Infarade light] but it will scared the fish away. Beside that sometime take more image until got a good one.

Myself has been using camera for long long time and more easy for me.

Light is very important for the photo, using flash will stop the movement off subject.

Normally I take pictures from larger tank and turn out not great because fish will swim away and hiding.

In small tank much easy.

The spawn image I did take with out light on the tank, because it was unexpectd setup and I don't have light bulb. So the light was wall mount outside light by the door. But I using AF Illuminator light/small fish tank that help alot.

Thank you.

Congrats, they are really adorable. How are you keeping them warm in the Styrofoam box?? Is there a filter in there? Have you got a spare tank to raise them in??

Good luck :good:
