me so happy!!! nitrites are zero, nitrate is around 20 (should i do a water cahnge before adding fish? how much? i have a 5 gallon with lots of plants).

so tonight after finishing my papers for tomorrow (stupid procastination) i'll be visiting my local meijers (open 24hrs! :D ) to get some fish.

so. i have a 5 gallon. i definetly want a betta. but some algea has accumulated over the cycling period. a lot on the plants and some on the glass. i want to get a pair of ottos to clean this. i also want an african dwarf frog or two. is this overstocking?

and i know ottos eat algea and algea wafers, but what would i feed the frog(s)?

and one last thing, the pH is around 7.2-7.8 (can't tell accurately) so would the ottos be ok in this? i've heard bettas and frogs will adapt fine but not sure about ottos.

any help before 3AM tonight would be greatly appreciated. (lol maybe later since these papers suck...a LOT).
or perhaps i shoudl wait until tomorrow to get the fish....nah!

oh man my excitement is as high as my nitrite readings last week! oh man i'm lame.

the excitement is killing me, plus that i'm saving up $300 to start skydinving school in order to get my A license and in a few years start BASE jumping! (see video).
i better stop talking, i'm gonna pop an artery from all this! joy overload!!!

Ottos will be fine in that water - in fact, my water is 7.4 and they are very healthy.
