HELP HELP!!!!

OK i just found my platy dead and it looks like it exploded (hes stomach was open)...

ok 12:30 mum left 4 work platy was ok health chilling out

12:45 i feed them platy still ok and healthy

13:00 i went to watch TV platy still ok and healthy

13:30 i went to my room platy still ok and healthy

13:45 i went to watch a DVD and i saw my fish dead and other platys eating him


So can someone tell me what happened?

Was your platy behaviours chaning through those times? ...like funny swimming or something?
...What are your water paremeters?

...I not too sure what happened to your platy but it sound very bad

the platy was swimming like normally i am just going to my fish store to do a water test i will have the result in 30 mins (includes me going and came back)

oh and went i sayd exploded i mean hes stomach was open

Ok all the water perimetres are ok (thats what the guy at my LFS sayd),
i told him what happen what happen and he told me that the fish might have eaten more then he can handle, He also told me that lots of fishes died because they eat 2much he sayd that it has happend to him aswell....
I have never heard that fishs explode because they eat 2much....

Have you seen the movie 'Alien'? Have a look down the back of the tank and see if there's an eight foot drooling monster hiding there...

Seriously though, Is it possible that another fish attacked him and tore him open? What else is in the tank besides platies?
