.......I don't know the answer! I might be returning some fish to the pet store and when I bought them, I didn't notice how they put the air in the bag! Is it just blown in by mouth? Thanks.

Once you have filled water and fish in bag, air will have accumilated in there, just don't squeeze it out, carefully close the bag off by twisting it holding top part of bag, secure by tying a knot. Practice with reg water and bag, before doing the ones with fish.

Exactly, they just will usually grasp the top of the back quickly so that the air does not escape. Then they will twist it so that the bag will become like a baloon and just put a rubberband on the twisted end.

I had a quick lesson on this from my LFS when we needed to return some fish. Once you got some water in and the fish, hold the top of the bag with one hand and then quickly slide your other hand down the bag until it is a bit like a balloon. It is easiest to do this whilst the bag is 'sitting' in the water as it creates a bit of pressure. Hold onto it tightly and twist the top bit round and then tie it in a knot. Ta Daaaa!!

I wouldn't recommend blowing into the bag because aren't you blowing CO2 into it and no oxygen?

grasp the bag near the top give it a sharp blow into the bag, as soon as you stop blowing grip the bag tightly and twist sealing the bag then tie a knot on the bag...

Plenty fine to blow into it if you can't be stuffed to do anything else, plenty of oxygen left in your exhaled breath (otherwise what would be the point of giving mouth-to-mouth?)
