A Scrape On The Head

looks like it got scraped on something i sure as heck hope its not hole in head .. half of his back tail the lower one is missing (ONE EMERALD)

i guess you want to know who is in the tank

4 clown loaches
1 rainbow shark
4 emerald gold
4 swartzi
3 leopard
6 paradise fish

im only assuming someone might have nipped him but hope not geepers im just having a run of bad luck one thing after another
and its a 90 gallon water is 0-0-5-25
and weekly cleaning done and no new changes in the last 2 weeks

I would try and isolate him. It's hard to say what it is without a picture. If you think someone did just bite him maybe I would treat with an anti-fungal med, as so nothing will start to get infected or grow.
