I was in France not to long ago, in a aquarium in Monaco... And while I was there I saw a red fish that looked like it had crab legs... It could fold up its legs and swim away, or just chill walking around at the bottom of the tank...

Does anyone know what species of fish this is?

I tried to tell my friends about it, but they want proof... And I know that i saw this fish..

Thank you for your help.

I've actually seen a fish that has leggs literally like a crab. it looked like a stonefish, exactly like one, but it literally had crab legs. WHat an oddball, can't remember what It was supposed to be called. Obviously a deep ocean marine.

Nope thats not it..

It looked basically exactly like a normal fish.. but with the kind of legs shown in that picture..

Sounds like a gurnard. Two families, the Triglidae and the Dactylopteridae. Their pelvic fins are modified into "fingers" that stick out the sides of the body. As they move along the bottom they use these fingers to detect prey in the sand. They have big, strong jaws for cracking open crabs and other prey with shells. Pretty cool beasts. Here's a nice picture of a typical example:
