When working out the length of fish to calc the total amount of fish inches we have, should we include the tail, or is it the body length?

On the same note, the sizes that you'll see quoted in guides/websites/etc - are they body length or will they include the tail?

Body length, excluding tail.

Yeah you calculate excluding the tail but the quoted lengths usualy include the tail.
