i was bored on the plane home from california, so i did a digital painting of my red galaxy plakat, rudolph:

it was a rush job so i may refine it later, but i incorporated it into a xmas card for this season and it looks nice printed at that size

graphics tablet i don't think i'd ever be able to pull that off with a mouse. maybe with a touchpad but it would take an awful lot longer!

Yeah, it's quite good. Almost looks like you photo-touched something that was pre-existing. I wish that my hands were so steady, as it is, I have a hard enough time drawing a straight line.
