A New Tank......

I have a new 10 gallon tank and would like to use it for guppies only. How many would be a goof number for a tank of that size?

Well as you hopefully know guppies breed quickly so a good number to start out with would be one of the two choices below.

Either...

2 Females to 1 Male
OR
3 Females to 1 Male

I agree with *Fishkies*. Altough the female guppies may not look so pretty, you need more of them than males. You should start out with just a few, so you can have babies and have them grow up (its all part of the guppy experience!)

or if your not looking to breed you can have 5/6 males
