Hi there... Welcome to the forum!

You could get some more cory's as they like to be in groups of around 6. How big is your tank? If you get a pair of Angels then you may have problems with aggression as you already have a few 'manny' fish with the gourami's and the rtbs. Have you any idea's of what your plec is? Bristlenoses are quite nice and help to keep your tank clean. You could also consider adding some Apple Snails as an interesting addition. I would steer clear of golden loaches as mine didn't think much to my red fin shark so i would imagine your red tail shark wouldn't like them either as i think the rt's are a bit more aggressive than the red finned.

Take a look around at a few other topics mate and see what you think, plenty of advice on here!! :good:

Good luck!!

How tall is the tank? The height will affect whether angels are an issue. The RTBS is a little questionable with peaceful species like gourami - any bullying going on so far? RTBS can be pretty pushy and aren't ideal with that stocking.

In terms of bottom feeders, upping the number of corys is a good think - they should be kept in minimum groups of 6 really and that's when you'll notice the best of their behaviour coming out.

tank is 3ft x 1ft x 1.5ft tall probally wont get the angels, all my gouramis arefull size now i think and rt is only a baby so hes not so pushy at the mo. not sure on what the plec is im gona look up now but prob gonna get some more corys. i want another plec tho because they look great

You will need to try and find out what your plec is as some like to be kept as the only one in the tank.

Get some more Cory's and you will definately see the benefits. Apple Snails are brilliant too. My Golden Loach gets on fine with the Bronze Corydoras.

its a brown and black marbled effect plec by the looks of it it maybe a mega clown pleco? im not sure tho?

Hi Lindsay and Craig, is there anychance you could take a picture of your pleco? we can then talk you though adding it here so we can identify him for you :good: as said the cories will be much happier in a bigger group

i cant upload my pic of it but i can email it to someone and they upload it

Here you go... :)
