Fish Aficionado
I recently had a thread made talking about the abnormally low temperatures in Florida and how it was effecting the fish.
Mine was the first one posted, however my computer decided other wise. So in reality, the other thread should of been the one removed.
I attempted to post mine somewhere between 8:00 am and 9:00 am yesterday morning...far before the other one was made!
Enough with my rant... as of now!
I am just letting the board know, that they way they removed MY thread, without letting me know, was rather rude and disrespectful.
I completely understand the reason for the removal; however, if the board sees a thread that should be removed and that thread is of no threat to this forum or the users, for any reason, I believe it would only be fair to the people that you let the OP know that his or her thread is going to be removed. Or, maybe more respectful, the board should ask that OP if they want their thread to be removed.
In my case, I cited a completely different source of information, one in which would ignite different comments than the others on the on going thread.
Here is the article that I took time to cut out before I went to work and post online.
Here is a link to my removed thread:

As you can see, I am rather disappointed that the board took "care" of this in a rather disrespectful way!
The second I saw this article in the paper, I knew this would be a good topic to start, and that it would spark good conversations throughout the thread.
I did apologize for the double thread in my post, which I thought would be enough to let it stay. But no...
If the board would be so kind as to re-post this thread, I would be very happy to see my time spent it posting this thread go back to use, than rather seeing someone just rip it up and throw it away!
