A Little Confused....

Okay so I know a lot about Platys and I've kinda become an expert on breeding them but I have one question i've never been able to pin point and I would love for other people to help out...

When you breed a platy they will have fry about every 3 - 4 weeks after the first batch but how long will that continue??
