My two loaches, Leo and Lily, are quite bodacious and gregairious. They are usually hanging in or around their little cave at the corner of the tank, quite contempt. When they are not, they swimming all around and scooping up sand looking for scraps. But the past week, they haven't come near their cave and only hang out by the other side of the tank...most of the time swimming around the side of the glass in a synchronized cicrle. I put in a cabomba plant by their cave to give them a little more cover, is that why they refuse to go to their cave? Maybe its breeding behavior, but they're still too young to be ready to breed. They still eat, and are happy as ever, always by each others side and snuggling...I might be overeacting, but any ideas on whats going on?

urf, i already know, i wish i could...But its not my tank, its a "family" tank :grr: It took enough begging to get two, because apparently some people find loaches "ugly" But don't worry! I'll be moving out in a few years, and kuhlis live up to ten years, so i'll take them with me and add more loaches and upgrade my tank while im at it! They look very happy, and they're not shy at all, always out in the open looking at me like this =.__.= :p

Btw, they've returned to their cave, their little loachey heads are poking out d'awwwwww
