A Few Sa Cichlid Questions

Right now I'm madly obssessed with SA cichlids......Especially eartheaters and Heroines!

Right now I have in my growout tank;

Acarichthys heckelii
Satanoperca leucosicita

I would like to get a few more, peaceful, decently sized SAs for my future tank. Some on my list are;

Rotkeil severums
Festivums
Maybe Uaru(if they don't munch on my selection of plants)

There are two questions I'd like to ask(At the moment.....No doubt I'll ask more later )

Judging by the shape, I think rotkeils are very similar wth severums. Does it mean that they like plants that much too?

Could you suggest any other fish(SA Cichlids, small but not bite-sized tetras etc) that could get along with the above? I don't know many SAs simply because they aren't common here

rotkeils are severums so yeah I'm guessing they like plants alot. if you have the space i would def get an eartheater as they are stunning and pretty colourful, my parents have pearl eartheaters and i have daemon, both are really nice. i dunno if there are much small cichlids to be honest. I have all cichlids and most of them grow to roughly 8 inches. If you could find a rotkeil i'd get it, i've only ever seen pics of them and just found out they existed not that long ago and think there an amazing looking fish.gold severums are pretty nice aswell and green.

I think the common dwarf SA cichlid thats suggested would be the ram, they shouldn't be munched on by severums. Try and stick to deep bodied tetras like black widow tetras, bleeding heart tetras or serpae tetras etc.
