Ok so I'm thinking of setting up a paludarium with fiddler crabs and I have a few questions. Info on the net seems to be quite vague and conflicting...
1. What do they eat? Algea wafers? Any old crap? I've read that they are scavengers so I'm guessing they'll eat anything they can catch?
2. Will they be ok with cherry shrimp? Neale Monks actually suggested this but I've heard conflicting info (not actually about shrimp but about fiddlers catching fish) so I'd like a second opinion.
3. Are they ok with plants? I would like to add java moss to the rock faces and also maybe some java fern.
4. Do they need sloping access to land or is a sheer rockface ok? (Obviously with the water high enough for them to reach the top of it.)
