what a lovely looking dog ruby
is i love GSD's i just lost mine
four months ago he was nearly
11 Rex was a one off to me he will
never be able to be replaced he was
like our child we never had . i do
have another GSD coming but not until
march next year when its born

she is my first GSD and i can honestly say i will always be keeping them

she is trained to be more of a guard dog but she is still a lovely pet

i find its a dog you can rely on
they seem to have the guarding thing
bred in to them both of mine were good
guard dogs Conan was trained to go on command
and Rex was so clever .you showed him once
and he picked it up straight away never known
a dog like him he was more human than dog .i used to give
him money or post and say go and find your mam and give her
that and of her would trot and give it to the missus

I wish ruby was that well trained and i understand what you mean about the pre programmed security but she is on a new level ive trained her to have a safe face and bad face so when people she knows as good faces walk in she doesnt move but if its the postman etc she is right there with me a pistol couldnt give you that protection

Conan was there like a flash
he would do anything i wanted
him to do same as Rex but Rex
was more laid back attitude to it
were Conan was you so much as twitch
and your mince meat Rex was mild mannered
but you step out of line bingo

aww shes lovely i'd never have one myself, purely coz i was bitten on the face by one and has left a bad scar, but she looks lovely
