I'm thinking of replacing my 20G, 38G and 55G with a 95 gallon "wave tank". Although I like having several tanks -- I'd rather focus my energy all on one tank (along with the sweet little 4 gallon setup I got on ebay!)
Does anyone have one of these wave tanks? It's made by All-Glass and the front piece of glass is wavey. Here's the link: http

I'm just wondering if there are any disadvantages to having this type of tank. There is one setup at my favorite LFS and it looks great. The curved glass creates a very interesting depth perception.
Also, they recommended that I get the drilled tank which means buying a completely different filtering system. All-Glass has its own sump system (Megaflow) designed to be used with their tanks. I don't know anything about sumps -- is this better than what I currently have (Eheim external canisters)??
