as you seem to be a shrimp expert could i have any in my tank which is a 40 litre with 6 micro rasbora 4 pygmy cories and a betta and a snail if so. i may be interested if you could do smaller lots sorry for the hijack

If the fish's mouths are large enough they will eat the shrimp, there may be a small issue with shrimp and the cories competing for food however with a regular feeding regime and watching them you should be able to regulate the food amount yourself. I would say a community of 15 would be good as if a few do go missing it doesn't matter, the tank should be quite heavily planted with lots of small caves, smaller then the fish can access. The betta may have issues but its down to personality of the betta in question as with all betta tankmates, they have been known to eat small shrimp.
