8" Leopard Pleco, Will He Eat Small Angelfish?

I have an 8" leopard pleco, and I recently went to my LFS to buy large angelfish but they only stock babies... would they be safe with Leo or will he eat them? I know they are herbivores, but the size of that mouth concerns me. lol.

Actually they are omnivorous. If the fry are like 4cm or around that then they might be at risk. But Angelfish tend to swim in the middle section and the plec will be on the bottom. Ofcourse this does change at night time.

ahh, oops, ok... thanks for that... I read somewhere that they don't usually eat other fish, but I suppose there's always the possibility.

An 8" plec won't eat young angelfish, unless they're already dead maybe
