tank is too small for a rainbow shark........they can grow up to 6 inches?

Agree with spishkey regarding the rainbow shark, its not neccessarily its size that will be a problem but they can become aggressive if kept in tanks that are not of adequate size.

Get rid of the Shark and up the Neons to at least 6.
