This is the R/O housing and bracket I got on ebay for $5. It is not an actully R/O because it does not have the R/O membrane. I will put 2 carbon blocks and 1 sediment filter in it to filter out the chlorine in my water.

Here is the AquaClear 500 I got at PetSmart for $28 using the online prices. It was a great deal because the store price was $75!

And of course here is the 55g tank that will house 14 wonderful Discus in about a week.

Tomorrow I am going to try and finish the stand. Also I am going to get my heaters, air pumps, pvc pieces, and adapters for the R/O tomorrow so I can get the tank and the w/c system up and running. I will post pictures as soon as there is something new to post.

14 discus in a 55gallon?! Is that going to be permanent? I have 4 in a 60US gallon.

14 will not be permanent. I am going to raise them up to a bigger size and then sell most of them to a lfs for $35. I will be making a good amount of money because I am getting them for $10 a peice and he is only charging me for 10.

I put on the sides and bottom today. Im getting the doors put on tomorrow so it should almost be done by then. Once I get them put on I have to add the corner trim and trim on the top and bottom.

I just finished the frame for the canopy. I will wait till tomorrow till I cover it in plywood and put on hinges.
