55G Bucktooth Stocking?

I was planning on making my 55 gallon a species only ( of course with these guys ) tank for Bucktooth Tetras. I was wondering what would be the max I could put in there?

I setup a 55 some years ago when working at a lfs for them. The initial group was 14 and six months later I still had 14.
