55 gallon filter

What would be the best filtration for the price for a 55 gallon reef tank. I have been looking at doing a sump with an overflow box however this looks fairly expensive so any help would be greatly appreciated.

60lbs of liverock and a couple powerheads for biological filtration.

sump with a skimmer in it.

think about doing a refug in the sump, its just another compartment after the skimmer.
