hi everyone,

i normally spend my days in the marine section but i thought this would be the perfect place to see if anyone can help me move on to a good home my collection of turtles.

i have 5 musk turtles (common musks, not razorback). they vary in size from 2 inch shell to just over 4 inches. cannot guarantee sex as they are not fully matured yet so its hard to tell and i dont want to get it wrong lol

also, i have an ouachita map, he is a bit harder to find, and is also my personal fave :) he is just over 5 inches shell size

and finally, i have 2 yellow bellied sliders which also need rehoming.

the reason im rehoming them is due to my new seahorse breeding venture and i simply dont have the room anymore with the 9 new saltwater tanks ive setup :(

im looking for £80 for all 5 musks, but will seperate at £20 each.
looking for £50 for the ouachita map
and looking for £20 for the pair of sliders.

here ae some pics of them all

open to swaps for them, but only really looking for marine related things.
would be interested in other tanks and filters and other equipment etc :)

and always open to offers, so just ask :)

Thanks in advance,

Edd

Where abouts are you based?

Your Ouachita is lovely, but they are not as uncommon as all that within the turtle keeping community - My little fella was a freebee in need of rehoming - so you might struggle a bit to get £50 for him. Good luck though, he's a very nice little guy!

However, there are so many yellow sliders in need of rehoming at the moment its crazy! No experienced turtle keeper will offer you any money for them at all. Either find a good keeper willing to take them off your hands or chance your arm and try to sell to a pet shop/lfs - you won't get much for them, sorry!

You should have more joy with the musks.

I'll e-mail the list around my turtle contacts for you anyway, you never know :good:

cheers buddy, i did put this in the classified section too

im not just looking for cash, im mainly interested in swaops for marine related equipment

ive had a lot of interest in the map and sliders, also some for musks

im on a tight schedule so this needs to happen quite soon as my seahorses are on order and ready to be shipped when i give the word

Fair play! Clearly I should start advertising on here when I get them in for rehoming...
