Got home today and thought what can I make today and came up with this>

Right get yourself;

1) 2 or 3 zip tyes.
2) a length of airline tubing (as long as your tank is deep)
3) a length of hard tubing (as long as your tank is deep)
4) some syringes of different sizes.

Tank the hard tubing and the airline and zip tie them together, one at the top one in the middle and one at the bottom. (or as I did one at either end)
You should have something that looks like this

Then just wedge the syringe in one end 'suck' up the feed and target away!

Great idea though, I think I'll make one myself. I too have access to a syringe or two from work
