Would it be possible to keep 2 female bettas in a 5 gallon tank?
I know the answers probably no but someone bought me 2 female bettas to put in my tank but i already have a male in there.
Thanks ror any help

Nope. You will need at least one more tank. The male will kill the females if he's not ready to breed. A 10 gallon should work for the two females.

Hope this helps! :good:

Keeping 2 female bettas is not ideal as they will fight, to properly keep a group of them you will need a minimum of around 5 to spread aggresion. To have this you ideally should have a minimum of around a 10 gallon, heavily planted, over filtered, heated, and cycled

But if you wanted to put 1 male betta in there he would love it...
