5 day vacation too long?

Hi All,
I know that Bettas can be left alone if well fed for 2 -3 days with no problems (I have two in my classroom that survive the weekends alone just fine).
But my question is this... What about a really long weekend? Specifically they'd go 5 days without any food or WC... Is that a problem?

FWIW, I have 2 classroom bettas, each in 2 gal tanks with heaters (no filters or airpump) amd 4 bettas at home, each sharing a 5.5 gal with heater (also no filter or airpump). I'm more concerned about my classroom bettas, since I'll have a neighbor check on the other bettas at home...

In my opinion, your classroom bettas will be fine for 5 days. Bettas, from what i heard, can survive about 2 weeks (when they are shipped to other places) so you don't have to worry bout anything. Good thing you have a heater for both bettas....yesterday i checked my female tank and it was very cold so i added a heater, whew.
