Right, i have decided to swap the stock from my 3ft tank into my 4ft tank. Would just like people to check it over and see if there is/will be any problems.

Stocking would be:

1 Thorichthys Ellioti
10 Harlequin Rasbora's
10 Glowlight Tetra's
3 or 4 Bristlenoses
3 Bronze Corydoras
3 Apple Snails

I would like to up the Cories to probably 9 and maybe add a couple to the groups of Rasbora's and Tetra's. Now, everyone knows i want some Keyholes, so, do you think i would be able to get away with a pair? The Ellioti is fully grown and is very much the boss, but, would a new tank setting help this if i got the Keyholes before?

Any other additions or subtractions people would make?

Tank size is 270 litre and their current tank is 180. Filtration will be 2 TetraTEC EX1200's and will be a planted setup.

My South American Puffers would then be moved into my 3ft tank.

Thoughts please... :)

Thanks.

I would cut the BN down to two, add more Harlequins and definitely add more cories :)You could do 10-12 cories in that tank easily :) Me personally, I would nix the glowlights, and do 20 harlequins, but that's because I really like the look of harlequins

more like offloading them, think i got about 12 bronze left that i've bred myself, in the current grow out tank, 3 of which are promised to a guy at work and 9 for minnnt if he wants them, i dont do it much as its a pain to get to the post office in the afternoon as i work an hour away from home and finish at 5:30...which makes it a tad hard to do :) So they get posted when i have a days holiday and no sooner, unless people collect.

I've got another 45 bronze fry which are close to 3/4 of an inch which will soon be going into my grow out tank ready for moving on in March/April

That sounds good to me tizer! :D

Glowlights have to stop, they're fantastic. Plus they occupy a different level of the tank to the harlequins.

Really? I didn't know that, but then again tetras aren't really my thing. I haven't owned any myself. I stick with livebearers and cories, and my cichlid varieties.

Yeah, they're lower than the harlequins. A lot of people overlook glowlights, don't know why, they're amazing.

They are a cute fish, don't get me wrong. I am just not a big fan of tetras. The only tetra-like fish I have taken liking to is harlequins. I'm a big fish person.....don't ask me why i have livebearers lol
