ok, hey everybody :)

today i got my new tank, 48x20x15 on nice cabinet etc.
im moving the contents of my vision 180 over to it slowly over the day, had lots of ready saltwater which has been running in my breeding rack tanks, so should have enough to fill right up, if not ive got more satlwater mixing up for use in a day or two.

Ill be making a journal properly this time, got the pics ready and stuff :)

heres a teaser pic :) what do you all think?

this is gonna be a FOWLR tank, but itll look awe4some when ive done it!!

I remember that other one :p The 2 xboxes with the pretty girl in her undies on the telly :p Very nice :p

I like the colour of that new tank cabinet/hood, what stain is that?

Whats the fish plan, equipment plan, etc? Looking forward to the journal:)

Its looking mighty pretty but I only have eyes for Rosie the trigger  unlike some other people

lol, cheers guys :)

well, the move went very swimmingly (hahahaha) and the fish seem to be settling in nicely.
Rosie was hiding for ages, but now she seems happy swimming about exploring
the pyjama cardinal looks so tiny now lol, and the large clown is loving his new space!

all i need now is a lot more live rock lol, but im poor right now so that can be done gradually

my ideal stocking for this tank is to add a fuzzy dwarf lion (or a volitan if this is big enough?), some type of large wrasse, maybe another black and white clown to go with mr lonely lol, the pyjama cardinal from my reef tank is moving to this one aswell.
id also love to add a small eel, maybe snowflake. but ive heard problems with these
anyone got any suggestions?

the vision 180 is now empty, and looks so small lol

Not large enough for a volitan, they need at least 18 inches turning space. Looking forward to the photos

would any of the larger than drawf lions be ok?
radiata? i love them so much :)
but the fuzzys are a bit smaller than i wanted really

lame :(

oh well, ive got plenty of time to think it through

heres the finished job for today :)

im gonna wait til ive completely added all the rock i want to do the journal, then its all there in one go

comments welcomed :)

oh, forgot to say lol
currently has 2 T5 marine blues, but they only 2ft bulbs for now :( also has a 3 foot marine white and a 4ft ish freshwater buklb until i get all the marine whites i need :)
also looking at some leds, but depends if my mate wants to do me a good deal lol

at prersent it only has an external fluval filter, and 2 powerheads.
ill be adding to it as i add fish etc. just waiting for some new connectors for my eheim pro 4, huge thing lol

Coming along mate, needs a ton more rock though :p But that is soon to come :D

How about a few fish shots?

I see you have changed your desktop background too? :p Haha. Other one is better lol.

lol, nice spot :)

although thats the xbox 360s music background funny colour thingy, not my desktop this time lol

the only fish in this tank at mo are my niger trigger and a large black and white clown, and the pyjama cardinal.
this might sound mean, but i hate my pyjama cardinals! lol they are possibly the most boring fish i could have picked for my tanks lol, got one in this tank and one in the reef tank too.

Haha. Yeah good eye i suppose :p

Lol i laugh every time i hear niger trigger, dont know why lol (seems like a racist person gave that fish its name haha).

Yeah im not a big fan of cardinals myself, would like to give breeding some a go eventually though :D I really like breeding fish, but start with clowns (now if they would just pair up and lay! :p).

Hope all goes well mate. Go start that journal :) Let it grow with you :)

lol, they have nice colours i guess, but they just sit in the corners or generally bumble about the top, or even worse just stay in one place all day! boring!!!
