40 gallon breeder lighting question

Low tech tank with Java Anubis’s looking at this light for the 40 gallon breeder will this be to much. Currently have plants in a 29 gallon long. With a nicrew light

Does look rather bright, does it have a dimmer on it? If not you may or may not be able to add one. Some LED's can be dimmed and some not.

Some surface plants could help.
The tank you see in picture is my 29 gallon it has a 16 inch nicrew you see in picture. I’m moving everything in the 40 breeder. Looking for a light for the 40
 
36 Watt is around 2700 Lumen, divided by 40 Gallons = 67.5 Lumen per gallons.

It's plenty of power, between 30-50 is considered enough for standard planted tank. Since it has Sunrise, it's controllable, so it should be perfect.

A stronger LED ran at lower intensity, last longer...
