Hi, what kind of centerpiece fish could I have for a 40-60 US gallon FOWLR?

I quite like the grey trigger, and just wondering if it would be nasty to corals if I upgrade.

Thanks

Triggers and corals is not a good mix, apart from for the trigger that is...

How about a flame angel?

i agree, my lionfish is the centrepiece of my aquarium and is absolutely beautiful. mine is an active swimmer and easily is the most audacious of all my fish

I have an antennata lionfish. IMO the nicest looking.

Dont go for a volitan or russell they need alot more space.

A fuzzy dwarf is good or zebra dwarf is ideal.

A radiata would be ok but I would consider how many fish you want in there as they can outstretch your stocking limit.

oh and dont bother keeping cleaner shrimp, there are a whole load of inverts a lion will eat as well as small fish so consider this too.

Really I thought they were fine in 30g UK

Know a few reefers who have kept them with success in FOWLR & Full Reefs

in a 72 gallon would you be able to keep clowns with a zebra lionfish?

Depends on the size or species, for example a young perc might be eaten by a large zebra lion. Perhaps a clarkii clown?
