4 ft tank

i went 2 the lfs today and found they have a 4ft second hand tank for only $35 aus. is that a good deal or not?? its notin perfect condition but it does come with lids. it would be ok for me because my dad is a cabinet maker and i can just make 1 out of scrape timber. thats how my 3ft stand was made.

So what do u think, is it a good buy???

$35AUD.....I WISH!!! I paid $150AUD for my 4ft tank and that was on special...

I would ask why it is so cheap.....are there any cracks or leaks in it?Clean isn't an issue as you can clean it yourself....check for chips in the glass etc....

It could be a good buy.....check it out and if all comes up good.....then GO FOR IT!!!

BTW.....where abouts in Australia are you?

Yeah thats an awesome deal, jump on it before someone else does . I paid $100 for my 4ft, i feel ripped off now .

i live in sydney. the tank is in pretty good nick. its gota couple of scratches here and there but nothing big. no chips or cracks either. what more could u expect 4 a second hand tank??? i think i might buy it

My lfs here in aus sells them for $49 so yeah i guess its cheap.
