The tank has a number of scratches on the glass from the previous owner's use of a magnetic algae scraper but unless they fill with algae you can't really see them. There is no water damage to the cabinet but a little wear and tear on the inside of the right hand cupboard. The lid is in 3 sections and the right hand section has a slight bend in it but this could be straightened with a pair of pliers (I just never bothered). The back is painted black. The tank comes with the Rena light bar with 2 T8 tubes, both working fine. There is no heater or filter with the tank as I am using these still!

Sorry i had to back out Jo.

Good luck with the sale, can't imagine it being here for long at that kind of price! :good:

If you can confirm the dimensions and volume I might be interested. Any idea how heavy it is? (I would need a rough weight to get a quote on shiply for moving it)

May as well keep it for that price hun :hey: Good excuse to get more fish :lol:

Agree with Chilli, for £50, you could keep it

HOWEVER;

If your in Basingstoke, you'll know where Chineham is?

Let me sweet talk the Mrs when i get home 2nite ;)

EDIT: Sweet talking done. I can have it providing i can get it home. Problem is, my car will carry it no problem, it just wont go in the boot, hole isnt big enough!

I would be happy to pay any fuel costs if you have a car big enough to shift it across town, however either way, ill find a way of getting it home!

I would keep it only with a 6x2x2, a 2 footer and a 28l I've got my hands full not to mention there's nowhere to put it! I only paid £120 for it 4 years ago and that was with equipment so I think £50 is a fair price for what will be a third hand tank!

Mowbz, what car do you have as it could fit in the back door and on the rear seats. If not I have a Picasso that I should be able to get it in. I live in Buckskin (not as nice as Chineham ;) ) so not far from you. I will get a tape measure and double check the measurements as I was going on memory before. It's definitely 120cm long, it's the other measurements that may be a touch out.
Right, with the frame it's 16 inches deep (I could only find a measure with inches, sorry) and the height is 21 1/2 inches.

Hi Mrytle!

Thanks for the swift reply!

Im a mechanic, you would be surprised what i can and have fitted into cars at varying angles, but im afraid a 4 footer is not going to go in the back of my Ford Ka! She might have double her factory horsepower, but shes just not big enough, and my only other car is a classic Mini, nuff said.... lol

If you would be willing to spare the hassle of collapsing and/or removing the seats in your Picasso, i would be more than happy to throw in another £10 and come and help get it into the car etc?

Ben

That's fine, I'll consider it sold. PM'd you.
