4 day trip

I have 2 bettas each are in a 1 gal aquaview with very low filtration .

If I do a 30% water change and feed them Sat say 7 am...would they be ok til Wed about 8 pm...or do I need to send them to a friends for fish sitting or ask a friend to stop by to feed.

I would have no qualms about leaving my betta without food for 4 days as long as it was healthy in all other aspects. I would never leave it alone if it already showed signs of stress or finrot or whatever else that could harm them. So, in my opinion 4 days without food shouldn't hurt them.
