3D Background Concrete Colouring

Trying to do a 3d background and having no luck in finding concrete colouring in the uk , found some colour pigments/dyes on eBay but not sure there the right ones and non toxic so if anyone knows of any products am looking for please leave reply

I'm not sure if homebase, B&Q would do it, I'd imagine they would for tile grout colouring. You could try them and some builders providers.
Also try a tile shop, they would definitely have it.
