I have a 35g tank and was thinking about getting 3 discus, 2 angelfish and either a rainbow shark or some bottom dwellers. Also would the angel fish and discus eat feeder fish?

The tank is big enough for the discus and the angelfish (at least for now) but I am not sure about the sharks.

Yh I know that the discus and angelfish would be fine as I researched a bit but I'm really curious about the sharks because i just really love them and I would love to add one to my tank. Perhaps even some hillstream loaches. And also, will they eat feeder fish?

I know that the angel fish will eat the feeder fish for sure, but I am not so sure about the discus nor the shark (if you end up getting 1)

Hillstream loaches are pretty high maintenance. I'd definitely consider them properly before even thinking about getting them. @Seamus has some, maybe they can help out here.

Sorry to disillusion you, but...

Angelfish and discus should not be housed together; primary reason is that angelfish are more aggressive feeders and discus lose out. "Aggressive" here does not mean physical attacking, it means when they eat they are very serious and other fish take a back seat. Both fish are shoaling species which means they are best in a group, but given the mature size and the issues along the way, this requires quite large tanks from early on.

"Sharks" presumably mean Red Tail Shark or Rainbow Shark...these are large fish requiring a 4-foot tank, and they can be very nasty, especially the RTS. The RTS certainly cannot be combined with angelfish or discus.

Hillstream Loaches require a very different environment from the above fish. A group of these would suit a 35g tank, with the right environmental aquascape; cooler water than any of the other fish mentioned, and stronger currents than the other fish can tolerate long-term.
