Hi guys, ive got a small 30litre tank lying about and I thought I would give nano reefing a try.

I was thinking of having this sort of setup.

30litre tank with live rock as filter (3-4kg)
Sand
Heater
Powerhead

I was thinking of only keeping 1 or possiby 2 fish.
Something along the lines of either:
-royal gramma
-orchid dottyback
-royal dottyback
-yellow assessor
-2 yellow tail blue damselfish
-2 humbug damselfish
-yellow shrimp goby
-yellow clown goby
-neon goby
-firefish

I would also like to keep a couple of cleaner or fire shrimp too, but no corals.
I did consider a clownfish but imo 30l just isnt big enough.

So stocking wise, something along the lines of
-2 cleaner shrimp
-Yellow clown goby
-firefish
or some other combination

what do you guys think?

cheers, josh

i woudlnt have said those fish were ok for a tank less than 10 gallons. The biggest thing i would keep in there would be a very small goby

The neon goby and yellow clown goby are both very small fish.
So maybe one of those or on of each and then just some shrimp.
