30g Nano Update

well. i havent been on here in months. so i thought id say hello. my tank has changed a fair bit. ive upgraded to a 30gallon juwel tank. i now have a blue damsel. 2 clowns, 6 red legged hermit crabs. 10 turbo snails. and about 13lbs of LR. im getting more live rock asap. i also have a spined green brain coral. and a leather. ( devils hand ), i have a koralia 1 powerhead. a rio 1100 and a clearwater maxijet 30, as well as a fluval 105 with carbon bags in it ( returned with a spraybar. i run a compact T5 55wt Daylight Plus and a T8 34wt. pics bellow.

if anyone can help. the devils hand is only 48 hours old ( to my tank ) and appears shrivelled, and deflated any ideas as to what im doing wrong ?s
