Hey
Heres what i have been thinking about for a centre piece for my living room, I have 3 pretty sturdy vases, (i have water in them about 4/5 full testing at the moment for strength) they contain about 3.5 Uk litres each, and 1 x 40litre Uk tank,
The Idea i have is to set the 3 vases above the tank on a strong shelf, they will just have small plants in no fish, and the tank below on a stand, containing all the equiptment, and a school of very small fish, is it possible to filter the vases using discrete tubing from the larger tank?
i have penned a quick sketch that i hope will clarify slightly
would this be called a sump?
if this is possible any recomendations on equptment would be great,
possibly Glossostigma Elastinoides in the vases
4 - 6 neon tetra in the lower tank,
