Reason for Sale: Need rid ASAP!!!!

All set up as tropical tanks, 17L mermaid tank with natural coloured gravel, 26L bowfront has sand as a substrate. The mermaid aquarium has a pink elite mini filter and 25w heater, the aquael tank has the smallest eheim aquaball and a 55w heater.
No plants included.
I need these tanks gone asap as we have building work going on soon and we have no space for these tanks, my sister is looking after my fish in her tank at her house till work is done then im having her tank.

yes im open to offers, they are both glass tanks and with substrate included would be very heavy to post.
If you are willing to pay for postage and accept full responsibility (just incase it gets to you with cracks) then i would wrap them well and post and include a tube of aquarium safe silicone.

The aquael aquarium (26L) dimensions are: 27cm x 42.5cm x 39cm

Ill have to put them in a box, but ill try to make the box as small as possible, cos ill have to put abit of water in.

Ive never posted plants before but ill post by first class, how does £5 sound?
Both the java fern and anubias nana cost me £4.99 new and they are in a tank that has no snails (as far as i know).

If you know of a way to package plants that is better than how ive said then by all means let me know.

how do you want paying , i can do paypal . wrap the the plants in damp news paper and then place in a poly bag and box and then post first class should get them next day

Yep, to post plants just dampen kitchen roll and then wrap the plants in them. You dont really need a box. A jiffy bag will do, just remember to write FRAGiLE on it

Just the tank, filter and heater would be needed. No plants or substrate.

I would ideally like both. I think courier would be cheaper and safer.

You dont need to reserve them or anything, so if anyone wants them, they are welcome to it. But if they are still available in a few weeks time, ill take them

Ill give the tanks a good clean and weigh them with only the filter and heater in then see how much they would cost to post.
