Now I was just wondering, I have a 29 gallon with 4 black mollies, 2 zebra danios, 4 neon tetras, one cory cat, and a few of my mom's guppies that I took from her over crowded tank of busy breeders. Can I add a female betta, I have one and if I don't add her to the big tank I'm taking her back to my house to add her to a 10 gallon with 2 other female bettas. Which is a better idea. Adding her to the 29, or a 10 with other females?

I really wouldn't. Females can be just as agressive as males. They CAN live ok in community tanks, but don't be surprised if the other fish get their fins nipped constantly. Usually they shoud be in tanks with other female bettas only, and even then there can be issues.

edited, forgot to add, in the 10 galon I would have about 6 girls in there to settle agression. No less, really. So, yay for you, more fishies!

Ohh! Yay! Suddenly excited! So 6 females isn't too much for a 10 gallon?

Your bigger community i would avoid putting the female betta in. Those guppies may provoke aggression. I had a female betta in my tetra/guppy community and i would find guppies with missing tails so now she's in my dwarf cichlid tank and doing great.
I vote for adding her to your 10g.

Ohh and another question, can I also put some khuli loaches in with the females? Would that be too much if I put in 2 or 3 or should there be more?

Your 10g will be reaching it's limit for fish then(i would 4+ is safe number for loaches) imo but in terms of compatibility your female betta will get along fine with khulis loaches. In the tank my female betta was in previously there was 7 khulis with no disturbance what so ever. Here's pic of them both together:
