Hi I`ve set up an emergency fry tank, I`ve bought a clear seal 18inch/27litres Tank, will a 200W heater be ok as a temporary measure ?

Overkill fella but should cause no problems, make sure heater has a cover to stop the fry, well, erm... 'frying' themselves on it

Have you got anything to circulate the water, fish dont like warm pockets...?

An airstone and a very small filter should circulate the water enough ?

it`s only temporary until I get a smaller heater, obviously when it kicks in it`s a bit too powerful but you think it`sll be ok.

So long as it is working and the water is circulating it would be fine. It will just heat the water a bit quicker then turn off. It would probably run in shorter bursts of heating but that would be fine.
