25 gallon Setup questions

Im setting up a 25 gallon tank while i save up for my 75 gallon with will probably take about 6 months but have a few questions.

The lighting will be 3 36 watt T5 power compacts, can i keep any corals mucshrooms rocks etc under this lighting and if so which ones, I know nothing about corals so id there any decent guides i could look at they explains them all?

Filtration will be live rock and powerheads, will i need a skimmer, if so which one would be good for a small tank like mine.

How many fish would i be able to keep?, i know it wont be many and thats fine, also what fish would be ok in a 25 gallon tank?

If im not mistaken the 25 is a tall tank. You could prob keep muhrooms and mabye some other polyps and leathers if u locate them near the top. I would through a HOB filter on there so u have some sort of mechanical filtration, itll also add to the flow , skimmer even better
